Cubora modunu ve cubora.ecro.com.tr hizmetini (birlikte "Cubora") kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Cubora, ECRO tarafından geliştirilir ve işletilir.

Hesap

Paylaşım, beğeni, yorum ve takip için lisanslı bir Minecraft hesabı gerekir. Hesabın Minecraft kimliğine bağlıdır.
Hesabından yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
Günlük paylaşım ve yorum sınırları vardır; sınırları aşmaya çalışmak yasaktır.

Topluluk kuralları

Şunları paylaşmak yasaktır:

Çıplaklık, cinsel içerik veya şiddet içeren görseller
Nefret söylemi, taciz, tehdit veya zorbalık
Başkalarının kişisel bilgileri; buna sunucu adresleri, koordinatlar ve gerçek hayat bilgileri dahildir
Spam, reklam veya dolandırıcılık
Hakkına sahip olmadığın içerik
Yasa dışı herhangi bir içerik

İçeriğin

Paylaştığın fotoğrafların ve yazıların sahibi sensin. Paylaşarak, ECRO'ya bu içeriği Cubora içinde ve Cubora'yı tanıtmak amacıyla saklama, işleme ve gösterme için dünya çapında, ücretsiz ve münhasır olmayan bir izin verirsin. Bu izin içeriği veya hesabını sildiğinde sona erer.

Moderasyon

İçerikler otomatik olarak ve elle denetlenebilir. ECRO, kurallara aykırı bulduğu içeriği önceden haber vermeden gizleyebilir veya kaldırabilir, kuralları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak yasaklayabilir. Uygunsuz içeriği oyundaki "Şikâyet et" seçeneğiyle bildirebilirsin.

Hizmet

Cubora "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez; özellikler değiştirilebilir veya hizmet sonlandırılabilir. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde ECRO, Cubora'nın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

Mod lisansı

Cubora modu ECRO'ya aittir, tüm hakları saklıdır. Modu kişisel kullanım için indirip oynayabilirsin; izin almadan yeniden dağıtamaz, değiştirilmiş sürümlerini yayınlayamaz veya hizmete yetkisiz istemcilerle bağlanamazsın.

Minecraft

Resmi bir Minecraft ürünü değildir. Mojang veya Microsoft tarafından onaylanmamıştır ve onlarla ilişkili değildir. Minecraft, Mojang AB'nin ticari markasıdır.

By using the Cubora mod and the cubora.ecro.com.tr service (together "Cubora") you agree to these terms. Cubora is developed and operated by ECRO.

Account

Sharing, liking, commenting and following require a licensed Minecraft account. Your account is tied to your Minecraft identity.
You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
Daily limits apply to posts and comments; trying to get around them is not allowed.

Community rules

Do not share:

Nudity, sexual content or violent imagery
Hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying
Other people's personal information, including server addresses, coordinates and real-life details
Spam, advertising or scams
Content you do not have the rights to
Anything illegal

Your content

You own the photos and text you share. By sharing, you grant ECRO a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content within Cubora and to promote Cubora. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Moderation

Content may be reviewed automatically and by hand. ECRO may hide or remove content that breaks the rules without notice, and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break them. You can flag inappropriate content with the in-game "Report" option.

The service

Cubora is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free; features may change and the service may be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, ECRO is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Cubora.

Mod licence

The Cubora mod belongs to ECRO, all rights reserved. You may download and play it for personal use; you may not redistribute it, publish modified versions or connect to the service with unauthorised clients without permission.
