Toplamadığımız veriler

Oyundaki konumun, koordinatların, dünya adın veya oynadığın sunucunun adresi hiçbir zaman gönderilmez.
Fotoğraflar cihazında yeniden kodlanır; kamera/EXIF meta verisi içermez.
Microsoft/Mojang şifren veya erişim anahtarın sunucumuza gönderilmez.
Reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmayız. Bu site çerez kullanmaz; sadece dil tercihin tarayıcında saklanır.

Giriş nasıl çalışır

Mod, Mojang'ın oyuncu hesabına verdiği imzalı oyuncu sertifikasını ve imzalı profil bilgisini kullanarak tek seferlik bir doğrulama yapar. Sunucumuz bu imzaları Mojang'ın açık anahtarlarıyla kontrol eder ve sana 30 gün geçerli bir oturum verir. Lisanssız hesaplar giriş yapamaz, sadece görüntüleyebilir.

Otomatik içerik denetimi

Paylaştığın fotoğrafın küçük sürümü, uygunsuz içerik denetimi için Cloudflare Workers AI üzerinde çalışan bir yapay zekâ modeline gönderilir. Sonuca göre fotoğraf yayınlanır, gizlenir veya elle incelemeye alınır. Bu işlem Cloudflare altyapısı içinde gerçekleşir; fotoğrafın modeli eğitmek için kullanılmaz.

Verilerin saklandığı yer

Veriler Cloudflare altyapısında (D1 veritabanı ve R2 depolama) saklanır. Cloudflare, hizmetin işletilmesi için sistem kayıtlarını (ör. IP adresi, istek zamanı) kısa süreliğine tutabilir. Verilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.

Görünürlük

Paylaştığın fotoğraflar, açıklamalar, yorumlar, kullanıcı adın ve takip sayıların Cubora'yı kullanan herkes tarafından görülebilir. Fotoğrafların doğrudan bağlantılarla da açılabilir.

Saklama süresi ve silme

Bir fotoğrafı sildiğinde hem veritabanından hem depolamadan hemen kaldırılır.
Hesabını sildiğinde tüm fotoğrafların, yorumların, beğenilerin, takiplerin, bildirimlerin ve oturumların kalıcı olarak silinir. Ayrıntılar: Hesap silme.
Topluluk kurallarını ihlal ettiği için gizlenen içerik, inceleme ve kötüye kullanımı önleme amacıyla silinene kadar saklanabilir.

Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakların vardır. Talepler için support@ecro.com.tr adresine Minecraft kullanıcı adınla yaz.

Çocuklar

Cubora 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Ülkendeki yaş sınırının altındaysan yalnızca ebeveyninin izniyle kullan.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri bu sayfada tarihle birlikte duyururuz.

This policy explains what data is processed when you use the Cubora Minecraft mod and the service at cubora.ecro.com.tr. The data controller is ECRO. Contact: support@ecro.com.tr.

Data we collect

Data we do not collect

Your in-game location, coordinates, world name or the address of the server you play on are never sent.
Photos are re-encoded on your device and contain no camera/EXIF metadata.
Your Microsoft/Mojang password or access token is never sent to our servers.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies; only your language choice is stored in your browser.

How sign-in works

The mod performs a one-time verification using the signed player certificate and signed profile data that Mojang issues to your account. Our server checks these signatures against Mojang's public keys and gives you a session valid for 30 days. Unlicensed accounts cannot sign in and can only browse.

Automated content checks

The small version of each shared photo is sent to an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI to detect inappropriate content. Depending on the result the photo is published, hidden or queued for manual review. This happens inside Cloudflare's infrastructure; your photo is not used to train the model.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database and R2 storage). Cloudflare may briefly keep system logs (e.g. IP address, request time) to operate the service. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Visibility

Your photos, captions, comments, username and follower counts are visible to everyone using Cubora. Photos can also be opened through direct links.

Retention and deletion

When you delete a photo it is removed from the database and storage immediately.
When you delete your account, all your photos, comments, likes, follows, notifications and sessions are permanently deleted. Details: Delete account.
Content hidden for breaking the community rules may be kept until deleted, for review and abuse prevention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Send requests to support@ecro.com.tr including your Minecraft username.

Children

Cubora is not directed at children under 13. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, use it only with a parent's permission.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
